This is your warning not to read any further if you don't want a good cry. I have been following this blog, as many nesties have been, of the lives of matt, liz and madeline. I can't even begin to explain what this family has gone through, but matt is now left to raise their newborn daughter madeline alone after his wife suddenly died 24 hours after giving birth.

Matt is blogging about his daily endeavors of not only raising a child on his own, but trying to deal with the death of his wife. I honestly can't even begin to imagine this, and I admire his strength that you will see shine through his posts. Part of me doesn't even know why I read his posts, because they are incredibly sad and forthright, almost always leaving a pile of tears on my desk; but I admire him. I feel as if I know him and liz and madeline. I enjoy hearing his memories of liz, and the new things that madeline is learning.

I hope that you can visit his blog and come to admire him as much as I do. Don't ever take your life or anyone in it for granted. This blog is a daily reminder of that for me.

Here is little Madeline at 6 weeks old {precious}:

They are in my thoughts and prayers everyday.

Um, this made me cry. A lot. Half of me can't believe this is a real blog, and someone is writing about this entire experience. Thanks for sharing.
