01. Thank you so much for your very kind and generous comments on my photos from the park! It really means so much to me. I enjoy photography so much-- it is a huge passion of mine. Sadly, this past year it has been put on the backburner to our busy lives. BUT I am hoping to be able to swipe up this baby sometime within the next year, and then there is no stopping me. :) {Joi- sadly these were taken with my broken camera- dumb me! It still works, but walking around using a pushpin to take pictures isn't exactly ideal. Bummer.} I have lots more pictures from the park and hopefully I will get around to showing you some more of them soon.

02. I am so happy to report that baby Brody will be coming home soon! YAY. He still has a lot going on in his little body, but doctors are sure that he is ready to come home {mom & dad too!}He has a long road ahead of him, but lots of love and support here to help him through. Keep the little Brodster in your thoughts!

03. Kirby's birthday celebration was a huge success. We attended her school's open house where she showed us her clean desk and a million other projects that she's working on. And I felt really old when I realized that I went to grade school with her teacher's sister! Small world. Here is a few pictures of Kirby on her birthday, and with her most prized gift- an acoustic guitar. {yep, she's definitely my sister!}

04. Did you catch the series premiere of The Ex List? I dvr'd it from last week and just got around to watching it and was pleasantly surprised. I was laughing the entire time and found myself in awe of the main character {I am drawing a blank on her name.} But I just found her so down-to-earth and inspiring. I will definitely stay tuned! Did I mention that her house and her bicycle are to die for???

05.
My phone is a major peice of crap. I love all of the features that it offers and the style, etc. but it never works!! It is always freezing up or just turning off by itself and it's getting really old considering I have only had it since March. After spending a week with Brie and Clint I quickly fell in love with their matching phones... and it's now on my wish list. I will stopping into US Cellular sometime soon to see what they will do for me and my crappy phone. I'm assuming the worst, but hoping for the best.

06. I have a lot going on my life right now, and I don't think that sharing it with the world via my blog is really the best choice, so I'm keeping my mouth {or my fingers} shut for now. But I'm hoping that everything will work out for the best and I will be able to share everything with you someday. It does make me realize just how grateful I am for my husband and the fact that we share everything.. because without him all of this would be horrible.

07. My car is still completely messed up so the hubby and I are completely relying on one of my parent's vehicles right now which is really frustrating me. It's bad enough having to share one car with your spouse, but the fact that it's not even our car that we're sharing is aggravating. All I want is a car that WORKS. What a novel idea! Here I was hoping that our cars would make it until we were able to afford an Edge....

08. Enough with the negative! I'm sorry, I'm kind of in a mood today. But Hollie found this Death Cab cover of The Cure's "Love Song" {which is one of my all time favorite songs} so that makes me happy. :)

09. I want to see this movie asap!

That's all!

Hurry up weekend...

I'm a HUGE fan of the cure. And I love that version of Love Song, thanks for sharing. And I hope everything that is going well right now, starts changing for you and your hubby.
