The Bucket List.

This time I actually have a great excuse to why I have posted in so long. I spent the entire week last week in Atlanta attending meetings and training for work. It was a LONG week... but I managed to have a lot of fun while there- despite the fact that I missed my boys like crazy. Another thing that I hate about business trips is that you can't spend your free time how you would chose to. Instead of being able to get a fancy meal and go back to my room and catch an HBO movie or head to the mall- I had obligations to attend functions with co-workers that were there. Thus, I got hardly any sleep which makes paying attention in meetings a challange. And don't even get me started on my flights home... why is it that my flights going to these meetings always work out- but when it's time for me to come it is near impossible??

In any event- I finally made it home late Friday night and was instantly comforted by my boys. Gosh, I missed them. Saturday we all slept in and then eventually got up and ran a few errands. We then had plans to catch dinner and a movie with Andrew & Jennifer... and "The Bucket List" was on our agenda. Brian has been dying to see this movie for a while, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was a truly unique, heartfelt, amazing story and made me thinik about all the things I hope to accomplish in life before I 'kick the bucket.' I think I will start a list for myself.....

Today we have plans to see another movie, "27 Dresses" with Andrew & Stacey. HaHa. I love going to the movies, but yes this normally would be a bit much- but I am dying to see "27 Dresses" so I don't care. =) I will fill you in on my opinions post-show.

I'm so glad to be home.
