Years ago when I was pregnant with Lorelai, my mother and I stumbled into a Janie and Jack store while traveling one hot summer day. Of course we were stopping a lot that day to check out itty little baby clothes, but something about the Janie and Jack store felt special to us. Magical. I wanted so many wonderful things that day, but I settled on the sweetest little cream jumper. I remember purchasing it in newborn size even though I knew how unpractical that was, but I couldn’t resist because it was the sweetest little thing I’d ever set eyes on. I adored that jumper throughout the rest of my pregnancy, often holding it while wondering who the little person would be that would soon fill it. Ever since that day, Janie and Jack has been a special place for me. I absolutely adore browsing through their latest collections and picking out the most special pieces for my babies for special events in their lives. This year, their spring collections are picture perfect. I mean… baby pink scalloped flats. Rainbow plaid suspenders. Cornflower blue bow ties. Heaven. We had such a fun time picking out the perfect outfits to celebrate Easter. I’m going to cherish these ones forever.
