Which is so funny because that is probably our favorite vegetable. Unfortunately, a lot of times I opt for the easy way out and use the SteamFresh frozen brussels sprouts. They are fricking awesome because you just throw the bag in the microwave for 5 mintues and viola! I like to then put some butter on top of them that instantly melts all around as well as some salt & pepper. Divine! But when we do fresh, I just steam them for 3-5 minutes to soften them up & use the same butter & salt & pepper. Sooo good.
